Individuals pursuing a career path in nutrition services or similar degree are encouraged to apply. Job Duties include: Insuring they receive prompt, courteous, professional and accurate meal service on a daily basis consistent with the Hill at Whitemarsh's dining program guide, the Department of Health's regulations and the special dietary needs of each health care resident. The ideal candidate will have: Experience serving in a fine dining setting, or other healthcare dining setting Experience overseeing staff Experience training new staff Ability to solve problems Ability to mentor staff regarding great customer service A sincere desire to work with the senior population A heart for service EOE--The Hill at Whitemarsh is an equal opportunity employer.
