Senior In-House Litigation Attorney Join to apply for the Senior In-House Litigation Attorney role at Epic . This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Location Madison, WI (campus-based) Responsibilities Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and other areas of potential risk. Assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Expand knowledge of the rapidly changing industry and take on increasing levels of responsibility. Qualifications JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Strong academic and professional background; competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus. Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
