Senior Manager, Ad Operations

Leading the O&O Ad Operations team, the full-time Senior Manager, Ad Operations will oversee campaign execution, optimize inventory performance, and ensure the health of ad platforms in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Mentor the O&O Ad Operations team to ensure successful campaign execution aligned with revenue goals Oversee the delivery, pacing, and optimization of direct-sold advertising campaigns across Minute Media properties Manage the health and performance of ad platforms, including Google Ad Manager and related ad tech systems Required qualifications 5+ years of digital ad operations experience within a publisher or media environment Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects Strong expertise with Google Ad Manager and publisher-side ad technology Proven experience managing direct campaign delivery and inventory optimization Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
