Responsible for working with partners to oversee busy food truck business.
Coordinate with Assistant Manager for scheduling, staffing, ordering, and reporting all business activities.
Monitor sales, social media, and overall daily business activities.
Work with Partners to ensure food truck meets all regulations and guidelines at desired locations.
Work with staff to coordinate orders, food prep, process improvements, and offer insight and wisdom to current processes.
Be able to meet at designated meeting area, participate in event service and assist with oversight of cleaning the truck in preparation for the next shift.
Oversee, assist with and during busy times take and serve beverage and food orders.
Ensure all checklists are completed as required, assist with stocking the service window area with supplies such as utensils, bags, condiments, to-go containers.
Assist with prep of food items prior to food service.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Educate customers about our menu items.
Be familiar with the menu, including the preparation of food items, and help educate staff and customers.
Ensure truck is safe, clean, and maintained.
Assist with the development and maintenance of processes and procedures as needed.
