Plumbing Foreman - Lead High-Impact Government and Commercial Plumbing Projects

Job Overview:

• Company: Paul J Construction Corp.
• Salary/Pay Rate: $80 to $100 per hour plus Fixed Bonus. (Prevailing wage projects)
• Location: Southern California (Travel Required).
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

• Mandatory Licences & Certifications: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR.

The Opportunity: You will serve as a pivotal field leader, bridging the gap between hands-on technical execution and high-level project management. This role offers the unique chance to grow with an expanding company where you have direct access to ownership.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Supervise and mentor journeymen and apprentices to ensure high-quality plumbing and site utility installations.
• Execute complex plumbing field work in strict accordance with government specifications.
• Coordinate daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to maintain strict project timelines and budget targets.
• Manage real-time technical and logistical issues on-site to prevent project delays or safety hazards.
• Represent the company in professional interactions with prime contractors, government personnel, and inspectors.
• Maintain a balance between providing hands-on labor and high-level crew management to drive project completion.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience serving as a Foreman on prevailing wage plumbing projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead crews and execute plumbing, wet mechanical, and site utility projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong technical proficiency in plumbing systems and construction.
• Ability to interface professionally with government officials and third-party inspectors.
• Willingness to travel to various project assignments as required across Southern California.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of related work experience in the plumbing trade.
• Completion of a formal plumbing trade school or technical certification program.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial and federal project documentation and safety standards.
