LPN Intake Coordinator – Full-Time Location: Maitland, FL | Schedule: 40 hours/week, On-Call Rotation Are you a motivated LPN with home health experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our growing home health agency is seeking a dynamic LPN Intake Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Maitland, FL .
