Senior Land Acquisition Specialist for Development & Negotiation

A leading homebuilder in Virginia is seeking a Land Acquisitioner to acquire undeveloped land or finished lots for development. The ideal candidate will coordinate and organize land acquisition leads, perform research, and negotiate contracts with sellers. Applicants should have a certificate from a college or university program and four to six years of related experience. Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication skills are preferred.
