We are consolidating and professionalizing this space with disciplined execution, data-driven performance, and measurable results.Reverse Logistics - Multi-Program Ops - P&L Ownership - People LeadershipThe OpportunityReturnPro is seeking a driven, operationally sharp Assistant General Manager to co-lead site-level execution at our Fort Worth, TX facility, a high-volume, multi-program reverse logistics operation processing hundreds of thousands of units monthly across consumer electronics, tools, outdoor gear, and general merchandise.You'll partner directly with the General Manager to run the floor, own the numbers, build the team, and continuously push operational performance toward target. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in complexity, drives accountability, and is relentless about improvement.
