Job Description Manage landscape construction projects from preconstruction planning and estimating through execution and closeout. Prepare detailed construction estimates, budgets, material requirements, and project plans. Build and maintain schedules across multiple crews and active projects. Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, vendors, and other resources to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Serve as a technical resource for landscape construction methods, hardscaping, materials, equipment, and installation best practices. Partner with designers and foremen to ensure a smooth transition from design through field installation. Monitor project costs, identify variances, and find opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency. Maintain accurate pricing, project data, and product information within company systems. Communicate directly with clients throughout projects and address questions or concerns professionally. Build strong vendor relationships and support reliable, cost-effective procurement. Train and support team members on equipment, landscaping, hardscaping, carpentry, and construction best practices. Work with leadership to improve operational systems, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven landscape construction project management or operations management experience. 3+ years of directly relevant experience recommended. Strong knowledge of landscape construction, hardscaping, construction detailing, materials, tools, and heavy equipment. Experience with estimating, budgeting, procurement, project scheduling, and cost control. Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent client, vendor, and team communication skills. Comfortable using project management software and Google Workspace. Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, hands-on construction environment.
