Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a mixed Medical/Surgical patient population on a 30-bed dedicated unit
• Manage a patient ratio of 5–6:1, delivering safe and timely nursing interventions
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain a positive attitude and adhere to punctuality and scheduling expectations — no requested time off (RTO) during the contract period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma or mid-to-large hospital setting
• BLS certification required
• No requested time off (RTO) during the contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience working in high-acuity or fast-paced hospital environments
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a high-ratio setting
