2nd SHIFT GLASS PRODUCTION LOAD/UNLOAD ASSOCIATE- LOADING DEPARTMENT

Who You Are:

A highly motivated individual who takes pride in their work, wants to perform their role in a timely and efficient manner while producing good quality product, and wants to grow in their knowledge and experience while helping the organization to be successful.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another in an effort to
  expedite the production process
• Read, understand, and attach appropriate labels and tags to product
• Quality inspection of glass, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
• Daily inspections - safety and equipment
• Follow all safety policies and processes.
• Understand layout of plant to ensure proper product flow
• Perform different job functions and/or assist other departments when needed
• Organize and clean area

Skills You Bring:

• ABLE to read a tape measure accurately- REQUIRED
• ABILITY to lift 75lbs independently, 150 in tandem.
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to communicate and work in a team setting
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment (heat, cold, humidity)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Forklift and Crane experience a plus
• Committed to Safety work practices
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Glass experience, a plus
