This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to client success through strategic consultation, effective relationship management, and the innovative use of technology. This role will manage a book of commercial insurance clients, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, manage policy servicing, and support clients with coverage strategy and solutions.**Responsibilities:**Client Relationship Management* Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.* Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.* Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.Account Growth and Retention* Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.* Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement.Collaboration* Partner with internal teams and leadership to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.* Promote adoption of digital tools and resources where appropriate.Client Success* Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.* Complete additional projects or duties as assigned.*\*This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management\****Requirements:*** Active P&C license* 2+ years of experience in commercial lines and/or account management experience* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and systems* Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system strongly preferred* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment#LI-VM1**Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.****Why Join Us:**At Acrisure, we’re building more than a business, we’re building a community where people can grow, thrive, and make an impact.
