Job Title: Fabrication Supervisor
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Compensation: 1st shift $85,000-$100,000 annually – paid weekly | 2nd shift $85,000-110,000
Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM-1:30 AM | 1st Shift Monday-Thursday (9 hour days) and Friday (4 hour days)

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Fabrication Supervisor for a thermal management and HVAC manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you'll lead production operations, support a skilled fabrication team, and help ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. • Oversee daily production activities during the shift and ensure production goals are met
• Lead, coach, and motivate production employees in a manufacturing environment
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate workflow to maximize productivity
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer and business objectives are achieved

What You Need to Bring to the Fabrication Supervisor Role:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with fabrication, HVAC production, sheet metal, or related manufacturing processes preferred
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and work in a manufacturing setting
• Reliable transportation and ability to work the scheduled shift
