If you are passionate about joining a successful team and possess experience as either a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Heartland Women's Healthcare is the ultimate destination for professional growth! The hours for this role would be Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. We also offer competitive compensation! Job Responsibilities: Interview patients and document basic medical history Organize and schedule appointments Update and file medical records and insurance reports Check with patients and type up patients charts Assist during medical examinations Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments Other duties as needed Job Qualifications: Proven working experience as a medical assistant for at least 3 years minimum Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work Social perceptiveness and service oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Benefits & Compensation: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Savings Account (FSA) Option 401k Retirement Plan + company provided match after 1 year of employment Life and Disability Insurances Paid holidays & PTO Compensation Range: $18.00-$21.00/hr Please note compensation is based on years of experience.
