About the Role We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving / Logistics team member to support daily logistics operations, including receiving shipments, coordinating outgoing shipments, managing inventory, communicating with vendors and carriers, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple logistics activities while ensuring shipments are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantity and condition of items Coordinate packaging, labeling, and shipping of outgoing goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery Track inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and update inventory records in the system Communicate with vendors and shipping carriers to confirm shipments, schedule pickups, and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions Quickly address shipment issues, delays, or damaged goods to minimize supply chain disruptions Ensure shipping and receiving processes follow applicable safety and compliance guidelines Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse management highly preferred Previous experience with NetSuite is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. Proficiency with shipping software and Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills when working with vendors, suppliers, and team members Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot logistical issues Hourly Wage: $25 Location: Hayward, CA (On-site) #J-18808-Ljbffr
