Field Service Coordinator

Taylor Sudden Service is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team in the Covington, Georgia Branch. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment, enjoys working with both customers and field technicians, and knows how to keep multiple moving pieces organized, this could be a great opportunity for you. In this role, you’ll help coordinate service activities, communicate with customers regarding repairs and maintenance, prepare service estimates, process service and parts orders, assist with warranty claims, and support the day-to-day operations of the Service Center.
