Your Impact
As a Pharmacist in one of our retail pharmacies, you’ll deliver essential patient care services in an environment where your presence truly matters.

What you’ll do:

Oversee day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and professional services

Provide patient‑centered care while collaborating with local healthcare teams

Lead, support, and develop your pharmacy team

Build strong relationships with local healthcare centers, clinics, and community partners

Ensure NIHB claims and provincial guidelines are met

Embrace community education and outreach as part of your pharmacy role

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

Active license with the relevant Provincial College of Pharmacists

Minimum 1 year of management experience (preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills

Comfortable working independently and in rural/remote settings

Experience with pharmacy software (Kroll experience is a plus)

A genuine passion for helping underserved communities thrive
