Aerospace Project Manager Highlights
Compensation: Based on experience (Starting in the at $25/hour, and experienced candidates may be considered up to ~$140,000/year)
Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, Saturdays as needed 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
Onsite position (no remote)
Direct Hire, Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities
Manage aerospace tooling/manufacturing projects from kickoff through completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for aerospace customers throughout the project lifecycle
Build and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting
Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Production activities
Monitor timelines, resources, and budgets; identify risks and implement mitigation plans
Lead customer meetings and provide ongoing project updates
Evaluate engineering changes for scope/schedule/cost/resource impact
Maintain organized project documentation and ensure alignment to aerospace quality standards
Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Aerospace Project Management experience (required)
Aerospace tooling experience (required)
3+ years Project Management experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry
Experience working within an AS9100 quality management system
Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, and CATIA CAD
Strong leadership, customer relationship, and communication skills
Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications and manage multiple projects
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
ERP and project management software experience
CNC machining/fabrication environment exposure
Experience with customer-driven engineering changes, costing/quoting, and aerospace documentation practices
