Manufacturing Operator - 4-Day Week, Weekly Pay (04210)

Location: Mechanic Falls, MEPay:$21-$27 per hour (+$3 for 2nd shift)Schedules:4-Day Workweek = 3-Day Weekends Every WeekDay Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (+ $3 differential) What You'll DoSet up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipmentSupport automation processes and continuous improvement initiativesRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawingsUse precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Conduct detailed quality inspections to ensure tight tolerances What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent3 or more years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing settingExperience with lathes and automated equipment is Highly PreferredAbility to read blueprints and perform shop mathStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityAbility to stand for 10hr shifts and lift up to 50lbs consistentlyPerks & Benefits 4-day workweek Weekly pay Hands-on exposure to automation and advanced manufacturingTake the Next Step!
