Screw Machine Operator - Swiss or Acme Gridleys

Job Description

Are you an experienced Screw Machine Operator looking for a stable career with a growing manufacturer? We're looking for skilled machinists with hands-on experience operating CNC Swiss-style screw machines or Acme Gridley multi-spindle screw machines . If you know these machines, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

Set up, operate, and make adjustments to CNC Swiss or Acme Gridley screw machines
Produce high-quality precision parts while meeting production goals
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary corrections
Load raw materials, unload finished products, and maintain an organized work area
Perform routine machine maintenance as needed

What We're Looking For

Required: Previous hands-on experience with CNC Swiss-style or Acme Gridley multi-spindle screw machines
Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings
Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Dependable, safety-conscious, and quality-driven
