Optical Office Assistant: Patient Concierge & Billing

Shopko Optical is seeking a friendly front desk teammate to support the Optical center team. You will greet patients, answer calls, book appointments, and manage patient files, helping ensure the center runs smoothly every day. This hourly position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle multiple customer interactions with strong attention to detail.
