What does this leadership role involve?
This physician leader bridges the gap between OBHG's national infrastructure and the unique environment of their local hospital. They oversee clinical operations, foster collaboration between clinicians and hospital staff, and help align team goals with hospital priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the MDO
• Foster collaboration between clinicians and hospital staff
• Oversee clinical operations
• Shifts: five or more shifts each month
• Traveling to address hospital and operational priorities as needed

The 197-bed hospital is an acute care and surgical facility that has served the Binghamton community since 1925.
