  Gather and analyze relevant data regarding patients’ psychosocial situations through effective interviewing techniques, collaborative healthcare team consultations, and thorough chart reviews.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
