Occupational Therapist Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work with individuals of all ages to help them improve their ability to perform daily activities, regain independence, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Occupational Therapist Requirements:

• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification is required.

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' functional abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on adaptive techniques and assistive devices.
