About the Position

Description

In this role, the RN will provide exceptional care to patients in the Clinical Decision Unit, focusing on quick assessments and acute care orders. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient throughput and ensure safety. Your responsibilities include medication reconciliation and admission assessments, all while maintaining a positive and collaborative environment.
