About the Role

Lead Labor & Delivery, Postpartum & Newborn Care. High-impact leadership role with 24/7 operational oversight. Strong physician partnerships + collaborative culture. Make a direct impact on patient safety, quality, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Full-time - Days
• Manage staff, hiring, performance & engagement
• Oversee daily operations, staffing & patient flow
• Drive quality, safety, and patient satisfaction
• Partner with OB/GYNs, midwives & leadership

Qualifications

• RN License in NY
• BSN required (MSN preferred)
• 3+ years Labor & Delivery experience
• 1–3 years leadership experience (Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager)
• C-EFM certification required

Pay range and compensation package

Pay Range: $54.00-$71.31hr EXEMPT. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
