What You’ll Do Operate high-speed lathes to produce top‑quality hoses used in demanding industries. Prep materials and equipment for production. Transport hoses to and from molds carefully. Remove finished products from molds and prep for the next step. Keep machines running smoothly with regular checks and maintenance. Stay on task, work with your teammates, and help hit production goals. What You Bring to the Table You learn quickly. You’re dependable and take pride in getting the job done right. Able to lift up to 45 pounds throughout your shift. Comfortable staying on your feet and handling physically demanding tasks. You work well with others and keep a positive attitude. You’re motivated, focused, and consistent.
