Job Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment in alignment with project requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience managing construction projects within the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• A results-oriented approach with the ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
• A relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
