Duties Perform various skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing to improve skin health and appearance Conduct esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines Provide spa services including makeup application, waxing services, and other aesthetic procedures tailored to client needs Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment at all times Engage with clients through clear communication to understand their goals, answer questions, and deliver personalized treatment plans Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic devices to support ongoing client skincare routines Requirements Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician or Esthetician with relevant certifications in skincare and cosmetology Knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments such as laser therapy, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermabrasion Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients Familiarity with sanitation procedures and safety standards for all spa services and laser treatments Ability to perform body waxing services professionally and hygienically Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration Passion for staying current with industry trends, new treatments, and product innovations in aesthetic medicine Join us in delivering transformative skincare experiences that empower our clients!
