Regional On-Site Support Technician
Canon
Canon USA is seeking a field service engineer to provide on-going technical, on-site and phone support to regional technicians and service agents, troubleshooting hardware, firmware and workflow issues.
The role includes regional instruction on adjustments, repairs and upgrades, information sharing with the Product support group, and diligent maintenance of problem records and compliance databases. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to lead special projects.
