Bank Reconciliation monthly
o T Mak’s
o Greener Life- no transactions
o Mak-Ellis- less than 10 transactions
o JRK Management- less than 2 transactions
· Accounts Payable
o Running report & checking for invoices- weekly
o Posting Operating invoices- about 20 or so monthly
o Managing vendor contracts
o Setting up Vendors
o Filling out Vendor paperwork
o Ensure we have a resale certificate for the state that we are shipping out of submitted for tax free purchase.
o Reconcile Vendor Statements
· Accounts Receivable
o Running report & checking for invoices- weekly
o Collecting on Invoices
Updating terms appropriately- if someone is super late and hard to get ahold of- then prepaid terms etc.
Updating system with accurate contact information
o Collecting on Prepayments
Pending terms, certain customers have to put a prepayment down
o Issuing Invoices when reps turn SOs in
o Run credit card payments
o Post Checks
o Prepare weekly deposit pickups
o Reconcile customer accounts
o Send customer statements
o Customer Onboarding
Running credit references
Request for Resale certificate yearly to ensure we have current certificate to not charge sales tax
Request for W9 from customer
Filling out customer’s vendor packets so that we can be setup in their system. Sending W9s or whatever else that is requested.

o Reviewing current policies and checking to see if we can have any savings
