Tax Associate

Location: Redmond Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Tax Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in tax principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. - Assist in the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues and regulations to ensure compliance and identify tax-saving opportunities.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax laws and changes in legislation.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or progress towards CPA certification is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in tax preparation or public accounting is desired.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
