The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading logistics and warehousing organization to hire a Warehouse Handler in Plantation, Florida. You'll play a key role in ensuring inventory is received, stored, and shipped accuratelyhelping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Organize and store inventory to maximize space and accessibility
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

What We're Looking For

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs safely Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices
• Preferred: Forklift certification Previous warehouse or logistics experience Familiarity with inventory systems or barcode scanners Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking Strong communication and teamwork skills

Work Environment & Schedule

Warehouse setting with active equipment and moving materials Requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the shift Shift Schedule: Full-time (typically 40 hours/week) Shifts may vary based on operational needs (day, early morning, or evening shifts) Occasional overtime may be required
