Base pay range $26.00/hr - $28.00/hr Direct message the job poster from JeffreyM Consulting Our client is looking for a creative, self-starting Social Media Content Producer to support our social media team in creating engaging, platform-native content for our channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who lives and breathes social trends, understands visual storytelling, and is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera. In this role, you’ll film, edit, and design short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You’ll collaborate with our internal team and agency partners, bringing creative direction to life through dynamic video, motion graphics, and visual design that aligns with our client’s brand voice and social strategy. Contract : W2 only Duration : goes through June 5, 2026 (12 months) Responsibilities Film and edit short-form videos , often featuring yourself, for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts Design scroll-stopping visuals (static images, motion graphics, etc.) to support our client's always-on content strategy Develop and execute content ideas from concept to final post, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and follow brand guidelines Follow creative direction from internal teams and agency partners while contributing your own ideas and perspective Stay on top of trends , platform updates, and cultural moments to ensure all content feels timely and relevant Ensure all content meets platform specifications , creative standards, and is delivered with quick turnaround Manage day-to-day publishing across our client's social media channels While short-form video creation will be your primary focus, you should also be excited to grow and contribute across a broader range of creative formats Qualifications 1–3 years of experience creating digital/social-first content Comfortable filming yourself and appearing on camera as needed Skilled in editing and publishing content tailored for specific platforms using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or in-app tools Proficient in graphic design with a strong understanding of Figma Strong writing and copy-editing skills, with an eye for how copy and visuals work together on social Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and other relevant platforms Deep familiarity with social media platforms, features, algorithms, and content formats Comfortable working in a Virtual First environment Bonus: Familiarity with Airtable This is a great opportunity for a rising social media creative who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to tell a story through video and visuals, and loves staying on top of what’s trending online. Compensation Range: $26-$28/hr ** This pay range is Client-specific for the opening advertised.
