As a Front Desk Security Professional, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor alarm panels, and provide professional customer service at a dynamic engineering office location. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.11 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Staff the front desk by greeting visitors, maintaining a professional presence, and directing guests, vendors, and employees in accordance with site procedures. Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor authorization, issuing credentials as directed, and maintaining accurate visitor records. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established notification and escalation procedures. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
