Guns N’ Hoses Roofing & Siding is seeking motivated, driven, and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our growing team. As one of the area's trusted roofing and exterior restoration companies, we specialize in residential and commercial roofing, storm damage restoration, siding, gutters, and exterior services. This Sales Assistant position is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential for individuals who are self-motivated and eager to build a rewarding career in the roofing industry. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in generating new business and helping homeowners connect with our experienced roofing sales team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking, energetic, and outgoing Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an active, field-based position where the Sales Assistant will work directly with homeowners to generate leads and schedule appointments for our roofing sales team. If you enjoy being outdoors, talking to people, want to control your earning potential, and are looking to start a career in sales, this Sales Assistant opportunity may be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads from residential homeowners.
• Set appointments with residential homeowners for our sales team.
• Knock on doors and distribute flyers to homes in assigned territories.
• Start conversations with homeowners about scheduling appointments with our sales team.
• Represent Guns N’ Hoses Roofing & Siding professionally within the community.
• Report and track Sales Assistant activity and results with the sales management team.
• Help build relationships that lead to future roofing and exterior restoration projects.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.
• Previous customer service, retail, canvassing, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
