Registered Nurse (RN) – Step Down Unit – Full Time (Nights) Compensation: $20,000 per year + sign‑on bonus eligible. Schedule: 3 12‑hour shifts per week – 6:45am–7:15pm, 6:45pm–7:15am. Unit: 12‑bed step‑down unit. This unit accepts new graduates. About the team We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and value the well‑being of our staff. As a Registered Nurse on this team, you will play a vital role in improving community health. Responsibilities Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs. Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions. Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record. Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Performs timely and accurate QI assessments. Qualifications Current state RN license. Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
