Competitive Pay: Team Members start at $17 per hour with opportunities for increases. Facilities & Maintenance Team Members start at $18 per hour. Leadership roles offer additional opportunities for increased compensation and responsibility.

Team Member Opportunities

Every Team Member plays an important role in helping Chick-fil-A White Plains win. During the application process, you will have the opportunity to tell us which area of the restaurant interests you most.

Front of House / Hospitality

Our Front of House Team Members create remarkable experiences for our guests through genuine hospitality. Responsibilities include greeting and serving guests, taking and fulfilling orders, working in the drive-thru, maintaining the dining room, and finding opportunities to brighten someone's day.

Candidates should enjoy interacting with people, communicate effectively, pay attention to detail, and take pride in providing fast, accurate and friendly service.

Back of House / Kitchen

The kitchen team members are the backbone of our business, working across various stations in the back-of-house to prepare the delicious Chick-fil-A food that our customers love. Our staff works tirelessly as a team to make sure that our food is always of the highest quality, paying special attention to the details that allow us to serve our guests quickly and accurately. Our recipe for success starts with our kitchen team members and there are no shortcuts when it comes to following brand standards for excellence.

Candidates should enjoy working as part of a fast-paced team, be willing to learn new systems and procedures and take pride in the little details when it comes to preparing delicious food for our guests.

Facilities & Maintenance

Our Facilities & Maintenance Team helps keep our restaurant clean, safe and organized to create a welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities include regular maintenance of the interior and exterior areas of the restaurant, cleaning and restocking restrooms, mopping floors, assisting with deliveries and inventory, caring for equipment, completing preventative maintenance tasks and identifying facility needs before problems arise.

Candidates should be dependable, attentive to detail and willing to take ownership of keeping our restaurant operating at its best.

Team Member Requirements

We won't hire just anybody. We are looking for talent.

Our Team Members must be at least 16 years old and legally allowed to work in New York.

Yes, we call them "Team Members" for a reason. You must be capable of working well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Support your coworkers with honor, dignity and respect.

You should also:

• Have the ability to take direction, accept feedback and respect leadership, rules and procedures.
• Possess outstanding initiative, people skills and a willingness to serve.
• Understand the meaning of genuine hospitality when it comes to taking care of our guests.
• Be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others.
• Be able to address and resolve conflicts quickly, make quick decisions and work under pressure in a high-volume restaurant.
• Be willing and able to be on your feet for extended periods of time, lift heavy boxes and supplies (50 lbs), and operate basic restaurant equipment and machinery.
