Duties Description NYSIF’s Treasury Department is seeking an Intern to assist with the following:• Update and track receipts and responses for certain medical cost recoveries.• Review a shared mailbox and take action depending on the type of item.• Review spreadsheets and identify items that need further action.• Add data to spreadsheets• Treasury data analysis and reporting as required

Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:• Candidates must possess education and/or work experience in date entry, data cleaning, and statistical analysis.• Be actively enrolled in a New York State college, university, or graduate program, or be a resident of New York State, attending a college, university, or graduate program outside of New York State.• Have completed a minimum of two (2) years as a student at a degree-granting two or four-year college or university (completion of two year's worth of academic credits over a longer period may qualify part-time students for participation in the program).• Have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0, or the letter grade equivalent• Must be able to work at least 10 hours per week; full-time winter break hours preferred. Internships may extend into the following spring depending on availability.Please be advised that the New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) does not offer sponsorship for employment visas to employees or potential employees.
