Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Scottsdale , Tempe , Glendale , and Mesa !
We are a unified team of doctors and therapists , specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders.
"We emphasize collaboration and long-term outcomes: Grounded in an assent-based, individualized approach and supported by a team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists.

Position OverviewThis work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice.
Clinical & Administrative Support- Hybrid f lexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks
- Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance
- Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties
- Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics
- BT Managers for performance and operational support
- BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing
- Internal CEUs and virtual trainings
- Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings
- Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV
- Growth into leadership , training, consultative, and operational roles
- Continuing Education Stipend: $2,000 annually
- PTO: Up to 22 days in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months

- Productivity: Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month
- Base Salary: $95,000 and $105,000
- Bonus: $70 to $77 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours
- Master's degree in human services or a related field required
- BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
- LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred
