Key Responsibilities Provide daily operational support to short‑staffed hotels and fill in for departmental supervisory roles. Travel on short notice within your assigned area and stay at locations for 1-3 weeks as needed. Assist with specific staffing issues through one‑day trips to individual properties. Train and coach hotel staff on brand standards, policies, and technology. Qualifications & Requirements Verifiable hotel operational experience with a strong background in multiple departments. Ability to travel same day and stay away from home for extended periods. Physical ability to stand, walk for long periods, and carry up to 30 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of a criminal background check. Work Schedule & Benefits Full‑time position with flexible shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
