Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the overall daily operations of the skilled nursing facility * Oversee compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations * Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary teams including nursing, social services, and support staff * Drive quality assurance, performance improvement, and systems stabilization * Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation * Promote strong resident engagement, family communication, and community relationships What We're Looking For * Active state license as a Nursing Home Administrator (required) * Minimum 2 years' experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility * Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, surveys, and best practices * Financial and operational management experience in Long Term Care * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill Ready to Make a Difference?
