The Sr. Architect, internally known as Domain Architect plays a key role in driving technology strategy and technical solutions across a domain comprising multiple products and systems. This individual ensures that solutions align with Arch’s overall technical strategy, support engineering best practices, and maximize code and deployment efficiency.The ideal candidate is a strategic, solutions-oriented, and technology-savvy leader who can deliver high-impact solutions that drive measurable business value.This role may be based remotely or in a hybrid arrangement, with monthly travel to Arch offices as needed. The successful candidate must be available to work Eastern Time business hours. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.For Raleigh: $114,800 - 178,214/yearFor Jersey City: $144,100 - $223,693/yearTotal individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
