Senior Civil Litigation Attorney

An established Orange County litigation practice is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with five to 15 years of experience to join its growing team.

This position offers the opportunity to independently manage litigation matters, work directly with clients, develop case strategy, and mentor junior attorneys. The practice is focused on civil litigation matters involving premises liability, personal injury defense, insurance defense, and general liability litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from assignment through resolution.
• Develop litigation strategy and maintain direct client communication.
• Handle depositions, motion practice, discovery, and case management.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong deposition and motion practice experience.
• Insurance defense experience highly preferred.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $155,000–$225,000 depending on experience.
