This position will support a growing talent acquisition team amid ongoing expansion and mergers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is experienced in recruiting for both clinical and administrative healthcare positions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and administrative roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple U.S. time zones.Conduct phone screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate interview coordination.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.Leverage recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems to identify top talent.Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the healthcare or medical fieldStrong sourcing and research skills with the ability to find candidates through multiple channelsExcellent written and verbal communication with strong relationship-building abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting high-volume hiringProficient with applicant tracking systems and general computer applicationsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
