Responsibilities Provide patient care, support nursing staff, and participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary collaboration in a 101-bed behavioral health facility. Maintain patient records, monitor patient progress, and assist with therapeutic activities as directed by nursing leadership. Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and quality standards to promote safety and recovery.
