Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, order placements, and returns. Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and service. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Project. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under deadlines.
