Our high‑tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on‑site bakery to produce best‑in‑class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24‑hour shipping and receiving facility. When you’ll work Hours are primarily during 1st shift. May involve working with vendors outside of these hours. What You’ll Do Coordinate purchasing activities for raw materials, packaging, and supplies. Maintain accurate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods. Assist in sourcing new vendors and evaluating supplier performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, specifications, and food safety standards. Prepare, analyze, and maintain purchasing reports and documentation. Support Buyer and Senior Buyer with vendor communication, order tracking, and data analysis. Why you’ll be successful Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Analytical mindset for cost control and vendor evaluation. Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams. Experience from 1–3 years in purchasing or procurement. Technology savvy – Specifically within the Oracle Fusion ERP system.
