Sales Associate - Car Wash

Job Description

Do you love interacting with people? Are you enthusiastic about helping others? If so our, Sales Associate - Car Wash at Jet Brite located at 600 E. Boughton Rd, Bolingbrook, IL, is the perfect position for you!

You will bring joy to people’s journeys by creating a positive and light-hearted atmosphere where people love to clean their cars. In this customer-focused setting, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact while earning rewards for outstanding performance!

Schedule: Retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, are required in this fast-paced work environment. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, as shifts may vary based on business needs.

Pay: $17 / hour, with the potential to make $20 / hour with commission and incentives !

Greet or beat all customers to our pay stations to ensure they are welcomed to the wash
Educate customers on our unlimited car wash membership programs
Use and develop critical thinking, listening, and technical skills while supporting and collaborating with team members
Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
Display a positive attitude with customers and members of our team
Be a team player with a can-do attitude

Required Skills

At least 16 years of age
Must live within a 25-minute commute of Jet Brite location.
Excited about excelling in a sales and customer service centric role
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred:

Prior car wash experience is a plus!
Experience working in a sales role is an extra bonus!
