Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
- Evaluate and treat patients with a focus on restoring functional independence and improving quality of life
- Document patient progress and treatment plans using facility EMR systems (Net Health and ProTouch)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Float to alternate facility locations (Arlington or Dallas Central) as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Texas
- Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- This is a travel position; compact licensure is not applicable for this state
- Ability to float to other facility locations as operationally required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Acute care or LTACH experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Net Health and/or ProTouch EMR systems
- Experience working in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environment
